We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to join our dynamic team. Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to plan, execute, and oversee programs and projects to ensure they align with organizational goals and deliver intended business outcomes. The Program Manager will be accountable for delivering all program milestones on time, staying within approved budgets, achieving program OKRs and KPIs, maintaining high stakeholder satisfaction, and proactively identifying and mitigating program risks.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee programs and projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Deliver all program milestones on time
- Manage and stay within approved program budgets
- Achieve program OKRs and KPIs
- Maintain stakeholder satisfaction above target levels
- Identify and mitigate program risks proactively
- Utilize project management software (Jira, MS Project, Asana) for tracking and reporting
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive program execution
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to inform decision-making
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Apply strategic thinking to align programs with business goals
- Solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions
- Negotiate and resolve conflicts to keep programs on track
