Dermatologist Opportunity in Munster, IN

You've built your clinical skills-now step into a busy, established Dermatology practice where your schedule fills quickly and support is in place from day one. This is a Dermatologist position with the option to focus 100% medical dermatology or blend in cosmetic work if you prefer. Practice Overview

• You'll join a private practice dermatology group with 10 physicians and 8 PAs across multiple offices
• Work alongside Mohs surgeons, a dermatopathologist, and general dermatology colleagues
• Step into an established patient panel as you take over a departing physician's clinic
• Support model includes 2 MAs, with your team traveling with you between sites; EMR is EMA (Modernizing Medicine)

Schedule

• Primary coverage at two nearby clinics with a consistent, predictable routine
• Choose a schedule that fits your style: 3 day week or 4 day
• High-volume clinic opportunity (current model around 50 patients/day on 3 day week
• Optional PRN call available at a local community hospital (pick up as desired)

Compensation & Benefits

• $400,000 guaranteed base salary (with additional upside tied to collections)
• Sign-on bonus available (negotiable)

Candidate Requirements

• BE/BC Dermatologist
• All experience levels considered, including new grads and seasoned physicians
• Comfortable with high-volume general dermatology; cosmetic interest welcomed but not required
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to practice across two clinic locations
