Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Retina Specialist to join our practice. This role is ideal for a motivated clinician who values autonomy, collaboration, and long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care: Diagnose and manage complex retinal conditions including diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusions, macular degeneration, and other retinal diseases.
Clinical Procedures: Perform a range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including intravitreal injections, laser therapies, and vitreoretinal surgeries as appropriate.
Research & Clinical Trials: Option to engage in clinical trial participation and research initiatives as desired, contributing to innovative treatment modalities and advancement in retinal care.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with our referring doctors, technicians, and administrative staff to ensure a comprehensive, patient-focused approach.
Practice Development: Contribute to the growth and development of the practice with a focus, leading to a partnership track.
Qualifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Ophthalmology with fellowship training in Retina. A strong commitment to patient care, clinical excellence, and ongoing education. Optional interest in participating in clinical trials and, if desired, a long-term commitment to a physician-led practice. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
