Our platform gives the world's most ambitious enterprises the data-driven precision, real-time monitoring, and framework-compliant reporting required to confidently deploy capital toward high-impact Climate Performance Asset portfolios and true, measurable climate action.

We are looking for a Builder Product Manager (f/d/m) who wants real responsibility: shaping product direction, making decisions with imperfect information, and working hands-on with engineering, design, and the business to ship fast and learn faster.

This is a builder role within a complex, stakeholder-heavy business. At CEEZER, a Product Manager and an engineer don't decide what to build in isolation: climate, finance, legal, and enterprise customers all have a seat at the table. We don't solve that with heavy processes; we solve it with lean processes, high agency, and sharp judgment.

Your mission

• Own product direction in your area, end-to-end, from understanding user and stakeholder problems to shaping solutions and shipping them.
• Translate company strategy into clear product bets, priorities, and tradeoffs the team can rally behind.
• Work very closely with engineering, design, commercial, and climate experts to scope, design, and ship, then iterate quickly.
• Make product decisions with incomplete data, communicate them crisply, and course correct when reality pushes back.
• Develop a deep understanding of enterprise users, climate workflows, and real-world constraints (regulatory, financial, operational).
• Bring clarity to the team on what we are building, why, and what "done" means.
• Help shape how product work happens at CEEZER as we scale, keeping the bar high and the process light.

What you need to succeed

• 3+ years of hands-on product management experience, preferably within an early-stage, scale-up, or high-ownership product team environment.
• Demonstrated high agency and a proactive, hands-on mentality, with a proven ability to take absolute ownership, push initiatives forward, and make decisions confidently amid ambiguity.
• An AI-native mindset, with a track record of actively using AI tools in your daily workflows and a strong understanding of how to think in AI-first product patterns.
• A strong eye for product taste, deep care for UX and detail, and a clear, well-founded opinion on what makes a product exceptional, even without formal design training.
• Excellent stakeholder fluency and communication skills, enabling you to maintain product focus while navigating complex commercial, climate, and enterprise-customer realities. A portfolio of side projects, prototypes, or independent builds that demonstrate your passion for creating and shipping things from scratch.
• Professional fluency in English for all internal communication.
• A valid work permit in Germany is required.
