Are you passionate about creating an exception alumni and supporter experience?

We are looking for an Alumni & Supporter Experience Manager who will develop and deliver a truly exceptional alumni and supporter experience for LSE’s global community. As the first point of contact for alumni, supporters and friends, they will lead the to effectively respond to interactions and enquiries using multiple communication channels to help support our community, the School and the Campaign. 

The Alumni & Supporter Experience Manager will be responsible for the management and resolution of all front-line enquiries, supporting Division-wide administration, the Alumni Centre activity, the development of alumni programmes and the management of Alumni & Supporter Experience Team staff. The role will include collaborating with key stakeholders develop new processes, services, opportunities, frameworks and material to engage our alumni & supporter community. 

Candidates should have experience of supervising a customer service or supporter care team, delivering exceptional services to constituents, managing an event space or similar and willingness to adapt to changing needs.

This is campus-based role and located within the Alumni Centre.



Requirements

The Alumni & Supporter Experience Manager will be develop and deliver a truly exceptional alumni and supporter experience for LSE’s global community. As the first point of contact for alumni, supporters and friends, they will lead the team to effectively respond to interactions and enquiries using multiple
communication channels to help support our community, the School and the Campaign.


Through taking responsibility and ownership of each enquiry and connecting these interactions across LSE, the Alumni & Supporter Experience Team will make transformational connections and deliver a concierge level service to the global community.

The Alumni & Supporter Experience Manager will be responsible for the management and resolution of all front-line enquiries, supporting Division-wide administration, the Alumni Centre activity, the development of alumni programmes and the management of Alumni & Supporter Experience Team staff. The role will include collaborating with key stakeholders develop new processes, services, opportunities, frameworks and material to engage and support our alumni & supporter community.

The post reports to the Head of Alumni Engagement and will lead staff members in the Alumni & Supporter Experience Team, with particular focus on ensuring all team activity is in support of Campaign and Alumni Engagement targets. They will also work closely with other members of the Alumni & Supporter Engagement team who deliver programmes and services for the community. The role requires a high degree of independence, agility, and organisation to deliver a complex portfolio of new projects sometimes without precedent and with minimal supervision.
