Small practice in beautiful Central Oregon for sale.  Incorporated in 2015, has been in the community for years and has a great referral base.  Was a 2 partner practice, now is solo (the owner).  Needs a motivated podiatrist or podiatrists' to be able to cover all of the referrals that come in, and put in the time and effort to build and run a small practice.  Due to the solo practitioners choice, the majority of patients are routine diabetic care and wound care, however the referral base is large and in need of a podiatrist who wants to also see the general podiatric population, including surgical.  Podiatrist (owner) is willing to stay and help with transition on a part time basis if needed.  Clinic is leasing a space with 2 exam rooms, storage/office room and front desk area, more rooms available for lease if you really grow.  Will need a new staff as your practice builds.  Plenty of room for growth in all aspects.
