What You'll Do
Lead & Orchestrate Complex Data Migrations
You'll manage and mobilize our data migration and data exchange programs across 1216 active client implementations. You are the operational engine that ensures dependencies are clear, timelines are aligned, and cross-functional teams are moving in sync.
Be the Glue Between Engineering, Professional Services & Clients
You will be the primary interface across Professional Services, data engineers (including offshore teams), application developers, and the client. You'll translate technical updates into clear communication, keep all stakeholders aligned, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Build the Processes That Power Scale
You'll design and improve the processes, tools, and reporting frameworks that give our organization real visibility and predictability. From dashboards to playbooks to migration tracking systems—you'll help create an operational infrastructure that elevates the entire team.
Own the Story of Delivery
You'll provide clear, proactive reporting across the full delivery lifecycle. Your dashboards and reporting will be the source of truth for leadership and delivery teams.

Bring Technical Depth to Data Migration Programs
You'll apply your understanding of legacy-to-modern data migrations, schema mapping, validation workflows, and common pitfalls to help guide better decisions and keep projects on track.
What You'll Need
- 610 years in Technical Program Management or related roles within SaaS, data platforms, or enterprise migrations
- Strong technical understanding of ETL pipelines, schemas, transformations, and data validation
- Confidence managing and working closely with offshore data engineering teams
- Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, dashboards, and program visibility tooling
- Experience running Agile/Scrum workflows and partnering with engineering teams
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-threaded programs
- Professional Services or client-facing technical delivery experience
- Experience with large-scale enterprise data migrations
- Agile or program management certifications

The base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation ultimately depends on the candidate's primary work location, job responsibilities, role requirements, relevant experience and skillset.
