By leveraging their existing client relationships and transferring a book of business. The ideal candidate should come from a banking background and interested in transitioning into an external asset manager environment.

The firm offers a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment focused on bespoke investment solutions and long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Originate and onboard new clients, including HNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors.
• Transfer and manage an existing book of business to generate immediate revenue.
• Deliver tailored investment solutions in collaboration with internal product and investment teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of service and retention.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in asset management, wealth management, or private banking.
• Private banking experience/ experience working with banks is mandatory.
• A strong and transferable book of business is essential.
• Deep understanding of investment products and client servicing.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Existing network within the GCC is a plus.
