Description
Due to continued growth and high demand, North Knox CDJR is expanding our leadership team and seeking an experienced, motivated, and high-performing Sales Manager.
We are looking for someone who can lead from the front, coach a winning team, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience every single day.
Position: Sales Manager (New or Used Cars)
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a New Car Sales Manager OR Used Car Sales Manager
Strong ability to pencil deals, structure payments, and desk multiple deals at once
Skilled in negotiating with customers and closing deals with integrity
Commitment to a positive customer experience and maintaining CSI performance
Proven leadership in coaching, motivating, and holding a sales team accountable
Ability to work collaboratively with finance, BDC, and inventory management
Responsibilities:
Desk deals efficiently and accurately
Support sales team with real-time coaching and deal strategy
Negotiate effectively while maintaining gross and meeting store objectives
Ensure Fast Pass / CRM process compliance
Manage daily sales activities, follow-ups, and sales operations
Help maintain a customer-first culture and high CSI
Help recruit, train, and develop salespeople as the team grows
