Project Manager - Finance
Are you passionate about driving impactful finance projects and collaborating across diverse teams? We're looking for a Finance Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning complex challenges into successful outcomes.
What You'll Do

• Lead and execute complex finance projects independently, partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Apply deep knowledge of FP&A principles, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency, and drive alignment on key planning responsibilities.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and maintain clear, effective communication.
• Prepare detailed analyses, project plans, milestones, and status updates.
• Collaborate with teams such as Finance, Procurement, and Sourcing to prioritize and deliver cross-functional initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Experience building financial models to track forecasts, actuals, and accruals.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with other reporting tools is a plus.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Vendor management Experience is a bonus.
• Tableau Experience is nice to have but not required.

Minimum Requirements

• Finance or Accounting qualifications and Experience.
• SAP Financials Experience or certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills across all levels.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including conflict resolution and facilitation.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Experience implementing new entities and processes for global expansion.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work directly with business users.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
