OPERATIONS MANAGER

KIAS International LLC (DBA Texas 1st Choice) seeks a full-time Operations Manager in Houston, TX.

Job Duties:

Review financial statements, sales reports, and performance metrics to assess productivity and identify cost-saving opportunities. Organize and adapt operational tasks at the car rental facility to ensure efficient business operations. Develop and implement customer feedback programs. Monitor vehicle inventory flow. Manage vendor and supplier relationships. Oversee compliance with state and local regulations related to vehicle titles and registration. Resolve escalated customer complaints and disputes.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or related field, and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related role with responsibilities in operations coordination, customer complaint resolution, and customer satisfaction.
