We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager Business Finance.

In this role you will:

• Act as the SME in financial/data analytics, with the adoption of the latest technology in partnership with Finance Transformation team
• Support the competitive analysis, including providing data analytics and liaisoning with local teams, with understanding of Hong Kong market
• Partner with Data and Analytics teams in Hong Kong Retail Bank & Wealth and Commercial Banking businesses, providing analaytics to support strategy setting and decision making
• Partner with the Financial Controller and Investor Relations teams to meet the external disclosure requirements based on financial and customer/client data
• Support the various initiatives in AMH Finance to modernize and improve our processes and systems, including AI use cases development
• Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, risk management policies, and financial governance standards

To be successful you will need:

• Expertise in Financial Modelling and Analytics
• Proven track record in driving commercial insights based on analytics
• Experience in Retail Banking, Wealth or Commercial Banking based in Hong Kong preferred
• Proficient in interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively and confidently with key parties
• Experienced in navigating multi-disciplinary and culturally diverse work environments, equipped with strong organisational, time management, planning and execution skills
