Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) - Independent Contractor (1099)
Spine In Motion is a beautifully designed wellness center in the Central Phoenix / Arcadia area. We are looking to contract with a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist who wants to focus purely on clinical, therapeutic massage within an integrated team. This is an excellent opportunity for an LMT who excels at therapeutic care and patient interaction.

Position Details & Compensation

• Role: Independent Contractor (1099)
• Location: Central Phoenix / Arcadia (spininmotion.net)
• Hands-On Rate: $40 per 60-minute session (plus client tips)

Note: Pay is for hands-on treatment time only, as this is a 1099 contract role.*
Sublease Opportunity: Other days/times for private client sublease can be negotiated.

What You'll Do

• Deliver Therapeutic Massage: Provide high-quality, results-oriented sessions tailored to individual patient treatment plans.
• Documentation: Maintain timely and accurate treatment notes (SOAP notes).
• Team Collaboration: Integrate your work with our professional, team-based approach to patient wellness and recovery.

Requirements

Requirements

• Current and active Arizona LMT License.
• A strong background in deep tissue and sports massage is preferred.
• Reliable, professional, and an excellent communicator.

Required Schedule
The ideal contractor can commit to the following hours:

• Wednesdays & Fridays: 2 PM – 7 PM
• 1 Monday per month: 2 PM – 7 PM
• 1 Saturday per month: 10 AM – 2 PM
