Job Title: JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Developer / Functional Business AnalystLocation: San Diego, CA area
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) Developer with strong functional business analysis experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2, specializing in the Financial and Warehousing modules. The role will involve full lifecycle development, process improvements, and effective communication with cross-functional teams. This position requires a problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work with business users to analyze, develop, and implement JDE solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications, focusing on the Financial and Warehousing modules.
- Engage in the full lifecycle of JD Edwards development, from gathering requirements through implementation and post-deployment support.
- Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements and technical solutions.
- Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement process improvements within JD Edwards.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and support as needed, ensuring smooth operation of JD Edwards applications.
- Support the testing and troubleshooting of issues across JD Edwards applications and modules.
- Create, modify, and maintain reports, integrations, and interfaces, including JD Edwards One View and DSI solutions.
- Participate in project management activities as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (version 9.2), specifically in the Financial and Warehousing modules.
- 3-5 years of hands-on development experience in JD Edwards, including full lifecycle experience.
- Strong business analyst skill set, with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvements and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with JD Edwards Orchestrator is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of DSI (Data Solutions International) integrations and functionality.
- Experience with JD Edwards One View reporting.
- Familiarity with User Productivity Kit (UPK) for user training and documentation.
- Some project management experience is a plus, with the ability to manage tasks, timelines, and resources effectively.
