This position will oversee the completion of policy research and analytics products that advance the mission of the Cabinet for Health and Family services by managing the development, design, and execution of policy-focused research and evaluation projects across public health, Medicaid, and child welfare domains, among others, and collaborating with high-level stakeholders to fulfil contract deliverables. The position will utilize leadership skills to lead meetings and supervise lower-level data analysts and scientists.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft, Linux, open-source, and web standard technologies ie ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, C#, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and T-SQL to design & develop technologies.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
