Overview

The goal of the General Manager is to make the company run smoothly. They oversee all the departments within the company, build good relationships with all other department heads.

• Operations management: Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement business strategies to meet company objectives and maximize profits.
• Financial management: Create and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and control costs.
• Team leadership: Hire, train, and evaluate employees, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback.

Operate the golf department of a busy 18 hole golf course and driving range.

-Schedule and hire staff.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating golf tournaments and events (6-10 shotguns per year)
- Maintain a clean and organized golf shop and inventory
- Provide excellent customer service
- Stay updated on industry trends, rules, and regulations

Driving range expected to be upgraded to covered Trackman/Toptracer range next season.

Facility has 2 function halls contracted out to Vinwood Catering.

Georgetown Flatbread Pizza operated in clubhouse as well.
