Description

Emery Reddy, PC, a plaintiff-side employment and workers’ rights law firm, is seeking an attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join our class action employment team. The ideal candidate will excel in substantive litigation work, including motions practice, research, discovery management, extensive deposition experience, and mentoring legal staff.

You will work on meaningful cases advocating for employees’ rights and holding corporations accountable. This role is best suited for candidates whose values align with that mission.

Active membership in the Washington State Bar Association is required.

Salary Range: $195,000-$300,000
