Responsibilities
- Project Intake and Launch: Gather stakeholder requirements and translate business needs into RFPs to guide vendors in developing successful display solutions.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors at all stages, ensuring deliverables meet expectations and timelines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Keep all stakeholders informed, adapting your communication style from C-suite to dock door.
- Budget and Reporting: Manage budgets, issue purchase orders, process invoices, and provide reliable reporting.
- Performance Analysis: Track project effectiveness and use data to drive continuous improvement.
- Inventory Controls: Oversee annual forecasting requirements and maintain optimal warehouse inventory levels to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience
- Strong project management, vendor coordination, and/or retail visual merchandising required.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written) adaptable to all levels of the organization.
- Creativity and attention to detail are valued, but technical design skills are not required.
- Ability to work as a team player
- Possess a strong work ethic and take pride in work quality
- Strong analytical skills and a disposition for process improvement.
- Must have exceptional computer skills: MS360 Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Ability to lift 20-30 lbs, walk long distances and climb stairs during plant tours and site visits.
- Ability to travel up to 5-15%
