Customer Marketing Manager On Trade (FTC - 6 months)

About the Role:

Are you ready to make a difference? The Customer Marketing team works closely with our commercial team to understand the needs of shoppers and customers and then collaborate with the shopper & brand teams to create the programmes and tools that guarantee amazing execution of our brands at the point of purchase. This role will focus on the delivery of key On-trade channel projects (festivals, music, convenience, field sales) in the Netherlands (part of the Benelux & Nordics cluster), working closely with our On-Trade Customer Marketing Lead and other commercial colleagues. With a commercial and analytical approach you will deliver best in class activations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Project managing the implementation of key platforms & activations defined
• Partnering with Key Account Management in developing the business & achieving our growth ambition
• Ensuring customer commitment/nominations are secured within agreed lead times.
• Measuring & evaluation activities to ensure we are constantly improving our plans

About you:

• Minimum of 4 years' experience as Sales or Marketing Executive equivalent, with preference for previous on-trade experience.
• Excellent Project Management skills
• Strong communicator interested in building relationships and work collaboratively within a team
• Problem solver & solution-based teammate who can deal with ambiguity & adapt quickly
• Analytical approach, insights-driven and strategic thinking.
• Fluent English, preference for min. moderate level Dutch
