We are currently seeking a dynamic Client Service Manager, Unlisted to join our dedicated Unlisted Services team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of unlisted fund clients, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Act as the primary liaison for clients, overseeing registry services and investor-related projects.
Ensure client registers are accurately managed using our internal registry system.
Lead regular client meetings to review service delivery, investor activity, and upcoming initiatives.
Deliver timely and accurate reporting in line with SLAs, ensuring consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
Collaborate with Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, Payments, and other internal stakeholders to meet client needs.
Identify opportunities for service improvement and contribute to training, development, and process enhancement within the team.
Support a high-performance team culture and foster cross-functional collaboration.
About You
Proven experience in client services, fund administration, or financial services (ideally in unlisted or managed funds)
Strong understanding of registry operations and regulatory requirements
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
A problem-solver with a positive, proactive approach
Collaborative, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement
Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to support and develop colleagues
