Responsibilities
Revolution is seeking a Broker and Distribution Manager to support their Consumer division. This person will be a proven Sales leader who is dynamic and ambitious with a passion for consistently achieving goals, targets, and revenue. This individual-contributor position will report directly to the VP of Sales, Lauren Grande. This Broker and Distribution Manager will be involved in a broad range of activities including developing and implementing effective sales strategies and national sales programs. This role is responsible for management, sales growth and profitability management within their assigned territory. The position requires strong people, planning, and project management skills. The expectation is that this position increases sales and supports the business's profitability to achieve company objectives.
A dynamic, ambitious business developer will feel right at home in the sales culture that rewards goal achievement. The range of product offerings include carryout, catering, kitchen prep and deli & bakery specialty bags. You will be responsible for serving and growing the Company's Western States territory through existing and new Broker and Distribution network. This Broker and Distribution Manager may live in the Western United States. And because success leads to more success, this accomplished Manager will have exposure to opportunities within the wider enterprise. If you know the Food Service Industry, we want to know you!
Responsibilities:
- Learn and engage with current client base including Brokers, Distributors and Regional Chains.
- Develop and implement a forward-looking strategic growth plan.
- Identify and develop new Distribution Programs and regional chain accounts.
- Execute effective sales operations including proposals, presentations, contract negotiations, etc.
- Implement and manage Broker Business Reviews, Contract reviews and renewals.
- Cultivate creative ideas for new products and Distribution Channels.
- Effective communication: engage regularly with the team and VP about important and ongoing activities. This Broker and Distribution Manager will be a confident communicator who understands the value of regular contact in sustaining and growing relationships inside and outside the Company.
Qualifications
5+ years' Distribution and Broker Management experience within a Food Service Packaging manufacturing environment.
Western region travel, up to 50%.
History of successful, continuous sales growth over time.
- Superb communication skills written, oral and presentation
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $130,000-$180,000 USD per year. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, education, location, and shift. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on the date of hire, schedule type, and hours worked.
