Description
Kelleher + Holland, LLC (“KH”) is seeking a Florida-licensed attorney who resides in Florida to join our Naples, Florida office on a full-time basis. This is a client-facing position with the expectation of in-person client meetings at our Naples office, and while in-office presence is preferred, a hybrid remote/in-office arrangement is available for the right candidate.
We are looking for a well-rounded attorney with at least three (3) years of experience in one or more core practice areas to support our growing Florida client base and help expand our Naples office. The ideal candidate is comfortable both in the office, in client meetings, and in court:
- Estate Planning and Trust Administration
- Corporate, Business Transactions, and Mergers & Acquisitions
- Litigation (Civil, Commercial, Probate, Divorce, Personal Injury, or Other)
- General Florida Law

Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Florida (active and in good standing)
- Current Florida resident
- Minimum of 3 years of legal practice experience
- Demonstrated courtroom experience (trial practice, hearings, motions, depositions, etc.) and willingness to appear in court on behalf of clients
- Must be able to attend in-person meetings with clients at the Naples office
- Located within a reasonable driving distance to Naples
- Full-time position with in-office work preferred, and hybrid flexibility available
